1. Do you accept refunds, returns, or cancellations?
As stated on our policy, we do not accept return, and cancellation. All orders are final so please make sure you have double checked your orders before placing them.
We do not offer refunds for lost items shipped with regular non tracked mail. Please purchase the shipping upgrade to a tracked mail to ensure delivery.
Please do contact me if you experience any problems with your order though.
Our time frame for complains and problem reports about an order is 40 business days since the day your order shipped.
In the case of a returned mail due to wrong address or the recipient not at home during delivery, buyers are responsible for the reshipping fees.
2. When will my orders ship?
We usually ship orders 1-5 business days after orders are placed. In the case of a sale the processing time varies from 1-2 weeks. This processing time can change in certain circumstances, but I will definitely try and give you a heads up notice.
Our standard shipping is through regular mail with NO tracking. We cannot be responsible and will not be held liable for any lost mail or long delivery time. You do however have the option of upgrading it to a regular mail WITH tracking. Please do make sure to double check that your shipping address is correct when you check out.
3. How much is the shipping fee to my country?
All international shipping with regular mail with no tracking is a flat rate of $3.5
You can however upgrade to a tracked mail for $7
All items are shipped through Indonesian airmail.
4. When will my orders arrive?
Indonesia : 1-5 business days
Asia : 1-4 weeks
Others : 2-6 weeks
These estimations are not guaranteed as actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, custom processing in your country, and the local post office condition.
We are not responsible for delivery time or loss of standard non tracked mail.
However if you did upgrade to the tracked mail, please do contact me if you haven’t received your mail in 6 weeks after it was sent.
